If you have bought mandatory liability insurance for your vehicle, please contact your insurance company so they can correct it. If it turns out that you were insured, we will automatically refund the fee when the insurance company has updated our computer systems. If you still want to file a complaint, please attach your insurance papers for documentation. TFF will then send the complaint to the insurance company for a statement. If you were insured, we will refund the fee. If you were not insured, your complaint will not be accepted.
